    Well Henk should really put up a photo of the final design;

    Kaitoke the board game.

I can't quite remember the rules, but there was something where you had to drink when everyone chanted "Apex".

I feel I need a copy of this game!
And maybe that could be another drink "You forgot your race license, consume!"

Hey big thanks to Skunk for putting on a great weekend of racing, it is nice to have loads of no pressure track fun time, and on a personal note, thanks for having a C grade, I know us girls in particular enjoyed the track time without the added pressure of being mowed down by lapping riders.
Thanks also to those non-riders who gave up their time to come out and make this possible, we all owe you a beer I reckon!

Thanks heaps skunk and everyone else who helped run it! had a blast out there getting more confident, if only the weather decided what it wanted to do. Thanks Henk for letting me borrow your bike for the weekend, hope the tyres were warm enough.

Huge thanks to Skunk for making this happen and also to Bert for being our starter. Your mission now is to get your bikes sorted and get out there with us.

I had an excellent day on Saturday, setting a new personal best time of 47.9 but still riding just back from the front of the pack. The pace has jotted up this year and there is some awesome battles going on, it's really motivating and I can't wait for the next round.

I have some video to post up, will get onto that next week.

Thanks Skunk and all, bloody awesome weekend, we'll definitely be back in October.
Will bang out a report for the AK club mag over the next couple of days and stick it here as well as some photos of the B and C grade on Saturday and the finalised game design.

Thanks again to Skunk and co for putting on an awesome weekends racing and a huge thanks to Str8 and Malc for putting us up and making sure we had an Easter that is going to be bloody hard top for best weekend of the year.

A huge thank you to Str8Jacket and Koba. Str8, your head might now be in the right place, I'm hoping mine is there as well - if not, it's heading in the right direction (clockwise, ya can keep ya anti-clockwise for now lol). This weekend was exactly what the (fun) doctor ordered.
I just wish it wasn't an 8 hour drive, or we'd be down more often (the liver thanks the bucket gods for this, but you can always get a new one, can't you?)

Huge thanks to Skunk for a well-run, fun event - and definitely thanks for the C grade. Sorry to Trudes for not letting you know the "I'm not riding tomorrow" actually meant "I might ride tomorrow, but today has been so much fun, I don't want to leave on a downer". I'm thrilled I did decide to ride today, but it wasn't quite as much fun as when we had a 3-4 way chick freight-train.

Oooooh, and blue flags - so wierd to see them because I'm/we're coming through instead of being to let me know someone else is coming up behind me lol. I think that was the shocker of the weekend - thanks to Koba as well for making Str8 (who I was chasing) stuff up to let me through hahaha (soooo funny, like hell I would've imagined I could keep up with her, but wait till next time, I'll be watching from a distance as per normal).

Girlracer - you did awesome, and look forward to the next time (will confirm July with you).

Hell, thanks to everyone for an absolutely awesome weekend, and so glad we're home tonight, as the traffic was heavy enough already. The early finish was around the time we'd planned on heading home, so we were both stoked we didn't actually miss out on anything.

Man, I just can't believe I kept up with Str8 and Trudes, and even more shocking, I won my first ever race (please note, I started from the back even). Girlracer - congratulations on your second place, and also your control of the wheelie hahaha (shhhhhh everyone, they don't need to know details of our victory hahahahahahaha). Oh hell, I'm tired, I've got the whole motion thingy happening, I may or may not have got a speeding ticket (2 weeks till I know as it was a speed camera).

Thanks to Ocean as well, for picking up and delivering the pipes, shame I didn't get more of a chance to talk to you (like an offer of a ride if it'd been okay with the Welly crew).

Thanks to the steward, you really were appreciated, and good for a giggle as well.

Thanks to the flaggies, sorry I didn't flag more, but I couldn't quite work out how to take a drink out in the race and didn't want to be totally dehydrated before starting on the after-race drinks lol.

Oh, Rick, I just meant it was a bit of a haul from our place to your place to pick up your bike for the weekend - and as some alcohol had been consumed, thought it not a brilliant idea to do it (forgot about you being on-call, but I'm stoopid like that).

Anyway, will think of more tomorrow (oooooh, sorry Bert - thanks for doing the lap counting and main flag point - I figured if I stopped indicating how many laps we had to go on warm-up I'd lose my mojo, so I had to keep doing it)

Yeah, thanks to everyone, fantastic fun. Night (we need copies of the board game, but somehow think we need to tidy it up a bit, as some of the instructions by Henk weren't that easy to read and at $1m a pop, not sure it'll be a top-seller just yet hahaha). Trudes - good point about the licence - we did have an MNZ steward or three, but didn't think about the licence.

    Kaitoke the board game.
Apologies for the standard of photography but the night wasn't that young by the time we had finished arguing about track layout and rules.

    Board Game

Only after a few drinks could something so fantastic come to life. Love it. A cult following is just around the corner.
