What age group was she teaching? It might matter to some and I think would influence my initial reaction. Kids below 10/12 wouldn't care but it is more likely their parents would. Parents will care up to and some past 16 and the kids will care more as they get older. But will it distract the kids from the lessons? only initially or if they weren't going to pay attention anyhow.

I was thinking the same thing. If she's a primary school teacher who cares the kids won't be looking.

The policewoman who worked as a prostitute was only censured not fired as far as I know. That would have been a worse conflict of occupation than posing for skin pics.

Seriously is it any wonder that teens have issues with their own sexuality and body image when the message being put out there is that the human body is something not to be admired and should be hidden from view. Have the NZTC board never visited a beach in the middle of summer?

I have real issues with employers dictating what an employee can do on their own personal time. What one does outside of work hours is their own bloody business. Unless of course employers are prepared to 24 hours a day to monitor employees behaviour, they should keep their noses out.
