Righty-o folks, we are heading to Monteiths Rangiora (excuse the spelling!) next week, hope you can make it, esp Gareth since it was your suggestion!
Spelling is correct and I will be there. What time?

Ah, Monteiths! That takes me back, good times were had by ... oh wait ...

Because of my long ride home, would be keen to make it an early-ish meet, shall we say 6pm?
Does that work for people? That way we can have a natter and some dinner and we city slickers can be home before we turn into pumpkins.

(weather dependant of course ... )

bet it does Peeteey! You also realise that there is this invention that has 4 wheels and is waterproof. It's called a car! I'll probably be taking my car anyways!

I'll be there about 615-630 (need to organise MiniMe)

Yes but that dangfangled "car" contraption you speak of sets off the RSI, so for somewhere that far away it's bike or nothing.

Since I should actually be awake and not busy with assignments or work, unlike the past coupla weeks, I definitely plan on making an appearance, although I'll also probably just come in the car, what with the weather, dark, and useless headlight on my bike.

So are we going for 6pm with KP showing up a bit late, or pushing it back a little to 6:15-6:30?

Well, the reason we had the issue last time was your bike being too inconspicuous, but I'm sure you can find a way to remedy that - a quick splash of florescent orange paint could do the trick, or you could just set your bike on fire once you arrive - smoke signals are a time-proven method, right?

Since you probably won't be over this side of town anyway, it probably won't interest you, but if you don't feel like riding/driving from Christchurch to Rangiora, and found anything on my lists of stuff that you want to grab, you'd be welcome to come over beforehand with an HDD, and then grab a lift with me to and from the bar in my car.

Thinking about popping in as well in the car.

I have had a series of dental root canal problems the last 3 weeks and are feeling a little better. The tooth is no longer super temperature sensitive so I can have a beer, but its not finished and it is very painful to eat on.

Would you like a lift Peeteey?

WOF done on bike so all legal again! So depending on the weather, I may bring the bike! Will be there about 630pm, so keep me a seat!

HI all, I'll be out tonight, am a bit tired and sore so unless Flip gets my message, I won't be along.
Flip, if you didn't get my message and are reading this later, no worries, I need a good night at home anyhoo with the missus.

    Have fun!

And they say it's just females that like hot baths!

Can't believe you aren't coming along, especially as I got my WOF and haven't seen you in two weeks!

    Enjoy your bath!

Had a good run tonight, good to see you out MaxF!

So Gareth what was it you said about MaxF's "Funky ass curves"?

Next weeks location is "The Peg" in Belfast (suggested by Gareth) so you need to come along!

I believe my exact words were "Your arse has some funky curves!"
