Weather is all over the place but the forecast is good. I'll be there (imminent child-birth permitting)

Is it turning over? Catching? Starting then dying? More detail needed

yeah just because the light comes on doesnt mean theres enough juice to start it. I suggest you get pushing - or put it on a charger if you've got one??
    See you tonight... maybe

maybe the bike still thinks the stand is down (loose connection) and thats why it won't fire ??

    eek

Nah it just won't get started. Sounds like d battery is caput. Also tried starting it on n off the main stand. My previous exp with flat bat's is dat d lights (neutral/indicators) tend to weaken. Wch is not the case here.
Anyways will try jump starting her once I get back home (had to take d car into work instead). Hopefully Shud get her running by this evening

Was a good ride on Wednesday eh. Felt like a good posse when we were heading out to the pub, 7 badass bikers on 7 badass bikes.

Confessional: I really want to buy Howard's ZX-12 I don't need another bike, the one I have is great for me and does everything fine. The ZX-12 probably doesn't commute as well, costs a shitload in tyres, gas and probably servicing too. But me wantee. What's the name of this affliction?

    LOL affliction you call it!
Try the word ADDICTION! Be closer to the truth.
You are right, liking it won't stop your bank balance toppling over if you bought it.
Still you only live once and if it's in the price bracket and if you reckon you can handle it "properly", what the hell. Go for it.
Every day above ground is a good day!:

Yeah, you only live once eh. What do they say about Ninjas? "Buy your son a Ninja for his last birthday".

Maybe the cost is prohibitive, I dunno. Addicted; yup that's it.

    Addiction/affliction

Your addiction = your wife's affliction.

I concur about Wednesday. Felt great sitting in the middle of all that sweet engine noise.

We are all Addicted, no matter what we ride.

    Guys,
Howard and I may be late tomorrow. We are signing the papers for the new house and that can take a while. I suggest carrying on without us. We will meet up somewhere, most likely at the car park.

Caseye - yes, the ZX12R could be for sale. I just have to convince Howard that we cannot afford it. His answer is to put the Harley rego on hold till October. This means that he needs a bike (ZX12R) to ride so nothing will be sold till October. That will give Grasshopperus time to save.
I have given up my dream of another bike for now (because of this house purchase that we are in the middle of) so its only fair that a bike is going to be for sale in October. And it wont be the CBR
