To be fair though, no spelling mistakes made it to the final graphics scheme on it.

I know where you're coming from and I work with intellectual disabled people so know what's what but possibly there is more to this than meets the eye. I have an un-founded and totally unproven feeling due to the way things have gone down that the police may believe he is hiding behind his disablility. Being caught with 'tools for burglary' (which may have been entirely innocent objects) doesn't help. The other thing is that it is not the Police who decide guilt or innocence, it is the legal system and that perhaps this is one they do not want to make a call on. I've certainly struck that before when a young lady hit and killed a drunk asleep on the road. Everyone knew it was not her fault but the Police charged because they wanted the justice system to determine the outcome. This may be the case here.

A'll I'm getting from this thread is the OP likes pictures of men, can someone explain a bit further? I originally thought it was a rant.... but I'm not so sure now.

OP just saying that because someone has a disability doesn't mean they can't contribute well or even outstandingly well to society. Would have been more useful if the photos were tagged with the 'disability'. I don't know if Dan Carter having a small penis is really a disability.

Ahh I see... agree it needs the individuals disability to make it slightly less moranic.

And perhaps calling all people with a disability retards is rather contrary to the point he is trying to make?

To be frank that is my reaction to this...once I got over being confused wondering if he was starting up his own ManCandy thread.

Retards?! Seriously dude don't take ownership of ignorant peoples lables. Be careful not to disable and devalue yourself or others with this crap either.

I get your point, but shite hearts and minds are won in other ways Mr Scissorhands

    I wondered that too...

It can't possibly be as bad as it seems on the surface...I'll be watching to see how this one develops.

There are few Autie cases in the works and given my own experience with NZ Police and my own Autie I am aconcerned that actually we have a systemic failure on our hands, hardly surprising in lil tin pot NZ....Catch up old son!

So how does this get fixed?

Then there's also the issue of misdiagnosis, speculative posthumous diagnosis, and wannabes trying to convey that their achievements are all the more amazing (against all odds).
