The old new job turned out to be a load of crap. Crowe and I will be working in Oamaru for a while. Got a neat job down there looking forward to doing it, and its only Oamaru.
Hey, welcome to the wider Waitaki region hope it turns out well for you!

So I have accepted a new job in Oamaru working for a small company as the engineer where it looks like I will be the only man working there.

    Any KB action in Oamaru?

When I was growing up in Dunedin it was pronounced Oma-roo. When I lived there it was pronounced Oma-roo. My firends who still live ther call it Oma-roo. It's only the silly TV announcers who call it O Arm Are Roo.

Well the job is going very well. Its with the North Otago Irrigation Company. Got the nod to buy a house, just have to find one now with garaging for 4 vehicles.

Ulysses have a run on this Sunday so I am going to bring the bike up on Saturday.

Heyhey Didn't know you were doing the big shiftaroo. Hope it works out better, but I don't get down to the big O for work so will be a shame not to be able to pop in on those occasions.

"Call him any time" (yeah right)

Says an article in the Waitaki Herald news paper of the newly appointed manager of the (NOIC) North Otago Irrigation Company!

Even had an airbrushed (like Helen Clark did but marginally better looking!) picture!

Lists all the interests of the said appointee but fails to mention "motorcycling"! .... Not ashamed are we?

Could this be the one in the same KB Flip of this thread?
