Speaking of collection, I don't exactly collect models but I collect all kinds of Porsche and it's accessories (e.g. Porsche Design Driver's Selection, 911 (997) Turbo door sill, books, posters, brochures, keyring, 4 diecasts, etc you name it.

P.S. Kiwi Carguy, is that some Cafe/ restaurant?
I've never collected anything but after getting given a model of the 911 we had and then later another and so on I started collecting them. Only 1:18th scale and only in raid trim unless, like the 917 etc they were only released as a race car. That way it keeps the collection manageable.

They are all now located in our bakery/cafe on SH1 in Otaki. The larger model is a 1/8th scale 993 pocher model and reasonable rare. I've also got a Britten pewter model which I'll post a pic of later.

The only other Porsche stuff I have is a rather large collection of factory calendars. They are very cool. I'll post some pics of them too when I get home.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.

I have admired that collection in person. I have also eaten brekkie at the fine establishment. Definitly worth a visit.

One of the kits FJrider gave me of a NS5 is missing parts and instruction for the rothmans decals and I have no idea how they go, so I have done the engine up in the frame to sit next to a kit I already had.

After having a collection of over 30 Tamiya 1/24 scale motorcycle kits the sole remaining model is a 1/12 Yamaha Midnight Special, though it fell victim (literally!) to the Sept 4th quake it's now currently packed away in a box ready for resurrection

Nothing wrong with Irish whiskey a wee bit of research & you'll find the best whiskey in the world is made on island just off the coast of Ireland, plus the Irish have making it longer than the Scots
