well the blue lights you see are on & around the house (tho only at night) & Upper hutt is the area you should be searching

yep Upper Hutt, the blue lights are on at night, & I will add they are visible from one of Upper Hutts main roads (not SH2) in-fact the house is on the corner

that be the place matey....i was actually looking for another view up there,you can see a new house being built when you come from pauatahanui above where the sawmill used to be.I thought it would make a good view looking down from there but it doesnt seem to be accesable to john q public.
