AAAARRRRR Telecom tell me today in an email, they can't connect us to broadband for 6 months in our new house because their network in the street is at full capacity, great!!!!! Now what do you do??? Tell them to ..........

Tell them it's a business necessity and ring all the other providers - yeah I know Telecom own most of the tech but the other companies are Telecoms biggest customers...

A mate had the same problem in Feilding, but it got sorted within a week. Good luck

May be I'll hold my breath, they told me it will connected 2 days after we move in, but can't get some of the other "add ons" because the exchange is too old and there is a $63 connection fee for having the phone connected, I said, well I suppose telecom need it, the profit last year was only about 1 billion dollars, and the service you get!!!!

I can tell you now if the vodafone network over there was better, they may have a new or better / bigger customer.

How far from Pahiatua are you? I never had any connection issues or what-not in Eke, Pahiatua or Woodville (Bunnythorpe is good too)
