Also gave the Prolite class there own race. Originally the 150SS and buckets were to be a support class running with the Prolites, but due to the large numbers of entries (and well done to the Prolite class for this !!) they split it so Prolites ran on there own and the 150SS/Bucket class ran on there own. Was good to see.![]()

For years young riders have come to the south to ride and be trained. One of the earliest was Sam Smith.
Flicking thru the current Ruapuna national round program I can count a heap in most championship classes.
Some are just over 20 years old, but most are still teenagers
