Got the whip crack and have to go to my girlfriends family dinner for her bday and her sisters bday so I won't be there. Their family lives overseas and they never see them and I might not have a brolly dolly anymore if I don't go, if you know what I mean. I will make it up to Tokoroa one day this year I hope, it looks like a FANTASTIC track. Looks as fun as Kaitoke and Roys Hill.

Some old retirement village near the bubbly mud. Can't remember what it called.

On the other hand, I have just got back from the beach, put the tent up Friday nite in the rain, took it down this morning in the rain, fine and sunny in between. Tent dry and packed away for next weekend at Tokoroa. And its our 25th wedding anniversary next weekend as well. No expense spared, air beds, tent, booked a table at Noodle Canteen ( well Ok, you can't book a table at Noodle Canteen, but the menu has been downloaded and printed) and bucket racing. 25 years is silver, so might go the whole hog and get a couple of tins of silver spray from Mitre 10 and do the bike this week. I knew she was a keeper when I met her at Manfeild in 1983.

Great track. Good toilets. BBQ tables and there is a solidly mounted vice for repairs. Lat year we had no access to the club house, not sure what the story is this year.

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

Haha nah she's pretty good. Comes and watches me race and I don't even expect her to. Puts up with me being poor cos I spend most of my money on bike stuff. I kinda owe her. Gotta get her racing though haha. Make sure you guys post pics and videos! Especially videos

    Red face

Sort of off-topic (Michelle here BTW) - has anyone heard from George?

AJ - you better believe it re pressure. You're looking at changing islands on us, so we need to be reminded what the hell you look like.

Heck, it's really cool that a few Wellingtonians are making the epic journey, last year only Adrian made it up (he only turned up cause he knew Hels wasn't making it bwahahaha).

you talk of pressure... just you wait till i over take you on sunday..!!!
the elbow will go out, fingering your kill switch... yeah who's ya daddy?
