    Right... One week to go, the preparations have begun. Bike is running minta, just been out for a blat in the countryside, tires at the right pressure (whoops, forgot to keep an eye on these lately!) new fairings still haven't turned up but no biggie... Bourbon has been purchased (trying NOT to drink it ahead of schedule!) now to reprogram the route into the GPS - oh how I wish there was an easier way to do that!

    Am I forgetting anything...?

    Hope to meet at Te Kuiti if possible,heading to the naki Sunday and may carry on via Mokau etc,or else head back to Wangas Friday,repack and head up that night staying with uncle in Turangi,then western access to Te Kuiti.

    Same here, I think it is around 300 to Taupo and around the same back.

    The Groups

    Round Table chinwag earlier and the ratio was 5-1 in favour of groups for this ride...girls win...again
    So here they are...
    I have taken some time to try and them sort out (with help from the famous five)..
