Well I still feel guilty about that oil slick. I hope you are feeling better Mike? And I really hope there is no flack from the kart club. Well it was indeed a very event full meeting. I love that track. Might even be my new favorite. For those that don't know It was my engine that exploded in spectacular fashion leaving all of its oil on the main straight. And lots of hot metal flying in all directions. It let go just on a gear change so 12000ish rpm. I think it was the piston that let go as it was always the weakest link. I will pull it apart tomorrow and take some pics. I am sure there are plenty around as lots of people took photos of its corpse.

Watching Avalon carve up the field was inspiring. Super precise riding and a great engine. Very cool. Well done that young lady. Go the 2 strokes.

I am looking forward to the GP.

Thanks So much Steve. Great weekend and a really relaxed event. Was great to meet so many new people and put names to faces. I so drank to much, but whatever. I had a blast.

Anyone got any FXR case's drop me a line.

    Ta Rich

Got no pictures of the bike (plenty of others were taking pix), but pictures of the track being cleaned up
Was lots of good racing in both grades, can't believe how well little Josh is gelling with his FXR, along with Ben at his first bucket meet (him who hated bikes and has taken to it like a duck to water).

Hopefully the kart club will be okay, as we did do the best we could with cleaning up. Oh Rich, next time you leave your chilly bin behind, can you make sure it's got good beer in it as well? Disappointed to find nothing of interest in it lol

Always a pleasure, i felt like a piece of toast over the last 24hrs given all the sun and wind. Went out today and rode my Street Magic to a 2nd place in the annual Waitangi Day Waipawa-Otane scooter race. Still not finished unpacking all the crap and really can't wait to figure out who got what points. Sorry the grids were a mess I will try to figure better systems for the next round.

I feel for you Rich, gone are the days of easy to find FXR motors. Just see Wobb and order a RGV100 or ESE for a GP still Suzukis
Because I care here is a good start http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=445966826
