    Yin and Yang

Fantastically sunny day here in Sunny Nelson. Bikes newly woffed and running like a dream, and I have another 7 days off.

My house has two levels of blocked gutters to clean out, there are 30 metres of water mains to get replaced, and I need to take umpteen trailer loads of felled trees to the dump and cut the rest up for firewood and the chainsaw is fucked (never lend your chainsaw to anyone ever).

Going for a ride to think about which job to start first.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

I've ridden in minus 5 so don't think South Island is going to cause too much grief!

One positive thing? How about two?

    It wasn't a stroke.
    It wasn't cancer.

EDIT: Ok, it was a stroke. Fucking useless health "professionals" in this country. The "vital" 3-hours was well and truly fucking lost in this instance.

Eddity edit: I am referring to my partner. Sadly she was diagnosed as having MS, which led us into a whole different world of hurt.

I'm excited, the circus guys were here today measuring up and I've a date for getting a set of aerial silks put up!
    I can't WAIT!

I'm going to be learning aerial silks from one of the best performers in NZ. She's wanting practice space so I'm swapping for lessons.

My mate bought a pregnancy test today, she is late and worried she may be pregnant.

Saying "just think positive" made things worse.

Well it's a glorious day here in Welly.

Stopped at the local servo to fill up the Guzzi ..
Had a friendly chat to a guy doing the same with his Harley.
Just about to jump back onto commute and a quick hello to a young guy on a VTR250 gassing up.

Then traffic was easy and nice rumble to work on the big twin.
Riding on a nice clear morning on an Italian machine. Dunt get much better than that.

You should do a road show with the Dougcarti 600 as a trial run.

Me'self & the chancellor are going for a wee run tonight too. On the brightside, I won't use much petrol following behind at 60 kmh. First time on a big road too.
