Sounds expensive but I think I have spent that already and its possible I dont even have 10hp yet. Hate to think what 30hp might cost me.

Top 3 costs are:
1. Bike
2. Wheels + Disc's + rear cush drive
3. Getting the spacers machined up. Im no engineer so its going to cost to get it done right.

If you look at the cost of a bike, plus what has been added and done to the bike, it adds up before you know it. It wouldnt be for sale if we were still racing locally.

2k sounds alright, its a bargain if you are just starting out, if you buy a 500 dolla shitter and spend 500 then sell it for 500 you will be wishing you had just coughed the bit extra for the fxr. save yourself the heartache get the fxr.

I have to agree, the only reason I didn't buy a $2K FXR was getting the $$$ passed fun control, so I have spent nearly that much building the RGV/FXR but just not all in one go.....hee hee :0)

Might bid on it myself, would make a cheap back up bike. Few mods like cams, porting, brake lines, decent slicks - hmm not sounding so cheap any more when you could buy my fully sorted FXR for $2k
