Public hospitals raise additional money to care for those parasitic non paying peasants by letting private medical care use their facilities. He may have been under private care at Hastings? I'm not saying he was or wasn't. Just that he paid more than his share in taxes to be treated either way.

I don't personally know the Guy. He may be an axe murderer. He may be a druggie- hands up all those on here that have taken drugs. Not such an exclusive club is it.
