He's a dick. You don't need to explain yourself.

Saw him at the airport the other day. First time in the flesh. He looked VERY FUCKING IMPORTANT so I stepped out of his way.

Can't remember the geezers name. A flatmate of mine at the time worked there (Arena)...were funny times. She and her co workers used to dress as nurses and feed you your shots from syringes.

Madness says it was Manny Papadopolous ... fuck knows .. I remember it as Attila Varga .. but it was a long time ago (and chemicals fuck up the memory ...)

I do remember Spats nightclub ... and The Hole in the Wall (Vivian Street between Carmen's and the pub on the corner of Cuba Street ...) Arena was a bit too up-market for me ..

That rings a bell. Arena wasn't my scene at all. But with free drinks on offer...I did frequent the place from time to time! My flattie was quite the hottie too. Used to model for 'Sale of the century'. Funny.

The hole in the wall went upstairs & was full of trannies. I almost fell in love with one in a white dress once whilst on LSD, fuck he was hot.

My bro owned Arena for a short stint after Ray Johns, lost all his money in a very short period of time. As Crasher said though, the free drinks were good while they lasted.
