I raced stock cbr 150's in 2006 and they were all around 15hp .
They all started to break when the cam timing was done - on the over rev of gearing down .

These days they get 22 hp very easily

If you read performance bikes in the 90's you should remember the Bugerman.
his software and home made "burgervan" dyno was all they ever used.
He gives his knowledge and software away freely because of becoming a paraplegic.
Same as his other stuff like the NO2.

91 last weigh in. Should be able to get it around 87 with better exhaust and RS rear shock.

the download wont work on 64 bit systems, the other download is some sort of info pack, go to the products page and they want 3000 pounds for their system
maybe its not what it seems

    Dynamometer Software

This dyno software download includes a full uninstall (from the Windows menu). It features full install as well as creating a program group, and icons for you. It is a self extracting zipped file and should be saved to a directory of your choice or better still, a floppy disk if you have a clean formatted 1.44 Mb one around. Just double click this saved file Dyno.exe to install. Needs MS Windows to run.

    Requirements:

    PC with 386+ Processor
    VGA Colour Monitor
    1.5MB Disk Space
    Mouse
Any version of Windows - 3.1X up to Windows 98, will run on 2000, and XP as well but not as well.

This is one of two versions that you may download on this page. This one is bigger, so downloads more slowly but is more complete and easier to setup.

This software will take approx 6 to 10 minutes to download.

Just click on the icon below to get dyno software.
He has a question and answer section the download worked for me...........
yes he does offer another package but that is for all the other bits needed sensors etc and i guess better software........

That and you have to build the dyno to his specifications as the software wont let you adjust the inertial mass calculations. From what I read when we were looking at dyno software.

How do you calibrate a dyno?

Get a medium size horse to run on it, and set that a 1Hp?

    Close, but not quite,

We put a mountain bike on ours and adjusted it until I made one HP, so ours uses the "Sketchy" power measurement unit.

But seriously, from a cylindrical mass we can calculate its rotational inertia so we know how much "work" is done to accelerate the mass and then from the measured time it took to accelerate the mass we know how much energy was used. Using data acquisition units they plot timed points with a time stamp and RPM stamp at a given frequency (higher frequency = more accurate) Then we use that to make a torque curve and then from the we can convert this to HP by the classic torque x RPM = HP which is actually torque(Nm) x radians per second = Kw then the Kw is converted to HP because we all like to brag about HP levels rather than Kw which is the metric measurement.

    More detailed info here http://wotid.com/dyno/content/view/16/35/

All I had to do for my dyno was fill in a few boxes about diameter, width and material of the drum, it calculated the inertia 132 lb feet squared in my case, didnt require any brainpower from me

The CBR150 motor mostly fits. There will be some carb and radiator clearence issues but nothing too difficult. Aiming for 76kg with oil and water.
