    Haha, that would be a first. A Harley rider who is actually able to take one hand off the bars in order to wave. Most Harleys crash if the rider should try that extreme manouver.

    Was speaking with a Harley rider in Blenheim a few years back and he said that was exactly why he didn't wave to anyone. Too scared to take a hand off.

    I don't wave to anyone. I'm a snob.

    I barely acknowledge people I know, so why would I acknowledge some face on a bike behind a helmet??? I don't know them.

    I'm also far too busy relishing in the fact that I'm on my bike, my bike! All mine, in my leathers, my leathers, all mine.

    Can't be arsed being friendly with some person who's but a fleeting flash in my vision...I'm 20 metres past them by the time the pass me.
