Dunno what grade it was but .... Shit, you may not want to read the rest of this....

It took months to be able to lift my arm higher than horizontal, I could ride sooner but it really wasn't easy. I also borrowed a TR50 coz I couldn't use a clutch due to my thumb not functioning (seperate injury).....

It still moves around alot and sort of clunks around and sits in different places, I think there are also some bits of joint floating about in there and sleeping on it the wrong way can really put it out. It mostly doesn't hurt and I can do most things most of the time but when it is hurting it really does hurt.
Mine is a clean separation with no bad bruising. My head hit the ground also but that never caused me a problem (landed on it a few times - never an issue! ).

I've taken my sling off already and doing a few arm dangling exercises (ideas from YouTube ). Yours was nasty. I think mine is healing well - not much pain if I'm careful with it.

Good to hear, while some exercise helps don't push it too hard!

I had mechanical ineptitude problems at Taumarunui last year.
I assume you are going to be off the bike for a fair while. Doubt you'll make Tokoroa somehow. Heal fast, the more bikes on track the more fun there is to be had.

I'm feeling better every day. When I can do a dirt-bike ride, like Thundercross, then I'll know I'm ready. I'm keen/hoping to be ready for Tokoroa and Kaitoke at Easter .

[QUOTE=NSR143;1129957984]All Roys Hill race meetings will consist of a 3-5pm practice the Saturday before the Sunday.

$30 entry ($20 each on a shared bike CONDITIONS APPLY)
    $20 Day Licence

Sign in 9:30 on race day

Bikes must conform to MNZ regulations and excessively loud machines will be excluded at the discretion of the race officials at any time.

    mar 12/13

1.) MNZ rules for competition motorcycles.
These are non negotiable, lock wired sump plugs, catch bottles for crankcase breather, carb overflow hose, fuel tank breather, and coolant overflow for
    the water cooled bikes.
Spin on oil filters to be secured with a hose clip or similar.

Applies to all Buckets and Motards

Please note MNZ rules 34.2.4 through to 34.3 regards Motards. ( 500cc min
size catch bottle, no glycol coolant, lock wire fillers and drains, noise
    max 95 db).

2.) Roy's Hill track rules, in addition to the above.

All bikes to have crash knobs / bungs / nylon, call it what you will to the
    following areas,

a.) Front and rear axles, or front fork legs and rear swing arm ( which ever
    protrudes the most ).

b.) The underside of both foot pegs.

c.) Handle bar ends. ( Alloy bark busters here on Motards,)

d.) Any part of the frame or engine that will touch the ground if the bike
was laid on it's side.( Some claim the RS 125 tail / seat and tyres hits
first, so they don't need nylon swingarm / axle protection ???).
If this is the case, we reserve the right to push it off the stand and see what hits?

e.) Lock wired oil and water filler caps.

f.) A Grade riders only permitted in practice sessions and A Grade races,
same applies for B Grade. Any reasonable request to run outside of your
class ( machine sorting etc.. is at the discretion of the Clerk of the
Course.) Going for a quick fang or extra track time is not reasonable.
Faster, faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death. (HT)

Maybe concentrating too much on work instead of what I was typing....

I might dust off the bike and pull it out since you lot are coming up/down.
