probably cop myself some flack .... but I always wonder ..... why the F%#k anyone would buy a place close to a long established 'noisy' venue then bitch and moan cos of the event being there ..... we saw it at Baypark .... then the people building around Manfield in feilding are bitching cos of the race circuit, and the people that build on airport boundries and moan about the planes noise .........

what are yahs ... idiots???????????

I recon the councils need to grow some balls and get real and tell you moaners the event was there FIRST ... you knew it was there so put up with it or move.

just an opinion from someone living in earshot of a stockcar circuit (and incidently .... isnt a fan of stocks)

cause they don't do their homework and the real estate agent ain't gonna say anything are they.
To counteract that Bill Buckley, owner of the springs, insisted that the springs venue and it's events etc be included on LIM reports for the local properties, so anyone buying a house doesn't have a leg to stand on
