Sad day and sympathies. But once a biker, always a biker and I still hold on to a hope that I will ride again. My health prognosis isn't too flash but before I reach wheelchair stage I will make sure I ride a bike.

Anything can happen in the future but you have to deal with the present and only you two know your circumstances. All the best!

You assume and insinuate a heap of stuff that isn't.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Sorry if it sounds like that, your dearth of info has left us guessing a bit. Maybe I should have just stopped at "Sad day and sympathies..."

Thought of keeping a cheap track day only bike in shed for both of you to use?? No warrant or registration etc and it only has to stop ok and not have anything fall off,

i don't 'do' track days, except from the safety of a flag point....

    I did, in about 1989 with a 280zx.

I could never really drive though. Who'd have thought the fucking thing wouldn't have any brakes after a lap and a half.

The track is simply a place without any cars mate. There's people cruising around the tracks on GN250's just enjoying riding a bike without traffic.

Keep that up, and you won't have any flag marshalls

Maybe if you chuck up a photo of what you have? Just a one of all the gear or something. I may be interested in some gloves and the tank bag.

Not sure why I want a tank bag, dont want to scratch my tank.

Sadly I understand why, but can't help but feel that we're all losing some great riding mates. Yes I know, you don't have to ride to be a biker, but hell, the best times are when we've all ridden somewhere to catch up.
Take care tarts's an MSTRS, will keep hoping that one day your lives will get a boost and bikes will once again be your thing.
Every day above ground is a good day!:
