Just heard on the radio, that he was given the arse from the army, for threatening to kill his commanding officer.

Mmmkay, he should have been charged with that at the time I reckon. Not that he'd have been convicted most likely, it's a very hard charge to make stick I would think.

In China a recent spate of school stabbings has been going on for the last few years

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/School_...%E2%80%9312%29

    School attacks in China (2010–12)
    From Wikipedia

A series of uncoordinated mass stabbings, hammer attacks, and cleaver attacks in the People's Republic of China began in March 2010. The spate of attacks left at least 25 dead and some 115 injured. As most cases had no known motive, analysts have blamed mental health problems caused by rapid social change for the rise in these kind of mass murder and murder-suicide incidents.[1] Such attacks are extremely rare in the United States such as the 2013 stabbing at the Lone Star College in Texas in 2013, and other nations have had unexplained serial killings.....

But think of all the good things rope is used for, like tying fuckers up so you can shoot them without missing.

You're forgetting that he's on 'the list' of bad men, who aren't allowed guns.

Five oh are not recruiting the same numbers they used to I saw in the news recently. Maybe the force is getting better, and fewer of the wankerish ones are getting on and rapidly off, the beat?

All evidence must be burnt. Don't think there's a guideline how fast though...

From his age he got kicked out when he was 19 so he couldn't have been in longer than a year which is barely enough to get through Basic/Corp training. I'd say the Army would've tried to sort him out but eventually had to cut him loose. A lot of drop kicks get tossed into the Army as a last resort and while most of them come right, there are some that don't. He looks like a big guy so makes it kind of hard to "sort him out" the typical Army way .

Ohh puhleease. Sources or shut the fuck up hippy. A few reports in the media hardly equates to a fairly large percentage. If you looked closely at the numbers it's probably proportional or even less than the population standard.

I've got nothing ot back this idea up, but it occurs to me that because most people going into the army do so of their own free will, said will is strong along with self discapline.

The types of people I wouldn't expect to "go bad"...Untill they have to go to war of course, those poor mother fuckers got good reason to lose they minds.

You could avoid a fine at all, at 230 above the speed limit. What with the criminal conviction (don't tell me I've got that wrong too please) attached to "dangerous use".

Fair call. US Movies and television often feature ex vets in a less than ideal light
