Made it through another night LOL

Observations from day 5 with the dreaded lurgy.

    1) The neighbours poxy, yappy dogs that annoy the hell out of you when they bark outside, all night long, REALLY piss you off after a massive continuous headache for 4 days and a night with no sleep in hospital. The council will be visiting her today Mind you, I don't feel bad about that, I rang her last Wednesday after 2 nights of disturbed sleep thanks to her barking dogs, she said she had not heard them, nor her phone ringing at 3:30 am when I rang her about the dogs earlier. Seemed as she didn't hear them, it was all good. I told her I would just ring the council each and everytime I got woken by them in future. So, 2 phone calls last night, I reckon I fell into a coma after 1am LOL. These dogs are a known barking nuisance, the entire neighbourhood detest them and the owner does not care apparently. I am fairly certain she was told the council would take steps to remove the dogs if they received any further complaints, I am not the only one complaining

    2) Even though you are exhausted, and fully loaded with Tramadol and morphine, you still hurt, just now in other places, as well as your head

    3) My boss (incredibly demanding normally) is very supportive and does not want me back at work until I am fully well, "take as much time as you need to recover", I am his PA and there is very little cover available for me

    4) My GP, who I cant ever get so see, rang me and wants to see me

    5) Typing while under the influence of drugs creates some wonderful new words. Editing the words makes my head hurt, so I am off to have a little lie down

Send Anne best wishes for a speedy recovery from Irene and myself.

Difference being, Anne knew the right mouse button trick already. Even her computer couldn't turn her imaginary words into anything!
