Tramadol, Codine, Diazepam, Digesic and one other I can't remember 3 x a day keeps reality away

    Hope you get well soon

Get up, wait for headache. Took Panadol. Lie down, (I didn't do that yesterday and paid for staying on my feet). Sat up, ate food, relaxed. Took Tramadol. Waited for headache to go...

Took Panadol (thought about codeine, but figured I would go slow). Went for walk in fresh air, felt better. Dare I say it, headache is getting better, now the balance between fatigue and headache begins...

    Getting better

    Thank fuck for that!

Keep up the pills and ointment ... glad to hear things are improving, albeit slowly.

    Hmmmmmmm.

Did a test today, worked out really well.

Paying for it a bit at the moment, but hey, no pain, no gain...

I am carrying a bit of a wrist injury to compliment this pathetic virus that seems to want to scupper me.

I drove myself (Maha pillioned for safety) a bit further than work, and back again. Had to go get this wrist of mine seen to.

    Apparently it is doing well.

I am aiming for a Monday come back!

That surprises me. Those spring things that tennis players squeeze to work on forearm strength are really bad for your wrists I was told, as they compress the wrist joint. Clutch is a lot lighter than those springs though, so might not be the same.

First day back at work. Feeling remarkably good, but absolutely done for right now.

Good to see you're on the mend. Take it easy.
