Yeah Rossi-HA! you'll get pinged fer sure.
neerd.
I've read the whole thread from the beginning.
BL has progressed from a couple of small learner type bikes to a Motard in a short space of time.
She's had one or two not so nice experiences and shared them here in KB too.
I did not miss the humour, nor did I miss the obvious tongue in check, but I won't tell anyone that gets pinged for speeding in town that it's OK because.
Those that do, for whatever reason are simply condoning that sort of action and that is totally counter productive to our attempts to be recognised as responsible road users.
I do believe that from what she has told us about this incident on her new fast as motard, whether she thinks so or not, she is rapidly becoming a hoon. That is simply my own opinion.
I'm sure she will simply pay the fine and as she has said endeavour not to attract another and most likely come into KB and troll hard out to see who bites.
Before you say it, I do ride with a bit of passion from time to time, usually when there's no one else on the open road ahead of me and usually when I've not spotted a Police car anywhere near me, can't guarantee they're not there, just that when I looked they weren't.
A skiddy hall mark post? Yeah/ NA!
Nowhere near it.
Butt, you are nearly famous in KB land BL, the only question is, is it for all the right reasons, or not.
Every day above ground is a good day!:
Wrong. I've only had one bike before this Motard if you don't include the crf230 dirt bike I had for all of two months. I had the gn250 for 8 or 9 months before the drz400sm which I think ive had for maybe five weeks, not sure. At the end of the day I ain't bloody perfect. The End.
Becoming fearless isn't the point. That's impossible. It's learning how to control your fear, and how to be free from it.
In her mind I think she secretly would like to be a hoon doing wheel stands and power slides but I think she has a long way to go yet to get to that stage :P
She rides more like Kim D on Sundays ride than a hoon and would have fitted in on that ride nicely .... or was that your humor kicking in
I bet next time she gets someone tailgating her she will pull left and let them go rather than open it up to get a gap![]()

You're entitled to form your own opinion about any user based on their posts, don't we all, but as the lady herself has pointed out you attributed a whole lot of stuff to her that she didn't say or agree with - so you might want to take that into account and reconsider that opinion.
You say you didn't miss the humour or tongue in cheek...I think maybe you did? You seem happy to ignore it, anyway. Never let the facts get in the way of a good story though, aye, that seems to apply a lot around here.
This place just gets weirder all the time.
What he said.
Moe: Well, I'm better than dirt. Well, most kinds of dirt. I mean not that fancy store bought dirt. That stuffs loaded with nutrients. I...I can't compete with that stuff.- The Simpsons
Kim Dotcom on a motard? Arrgh! Wash my imagination out!

The circumstances preceding the speed that day were accepted (50% of at least) by the issuing officers superiors, hence the ''No Further Action Will Be Taken'' reply.
A cop will always ask you ''what is the reason for your speed''? what you say directly after that question, pretty much is not heard at all by the questioner.
Point is, most of us will/do exceed the speed limit. Luck has paid a part from time to time in a lot of cases I am sure. It's probably a fucking embarrassment which is why you don't see people posting about it when it happens to them.
