Well there's a picture of him in Dom Post harassing a legal high merchant in Naenae. He got voted back in, maybe he isn't that ineffectual. My vote preference was for some Max chap. Don't know anything about him but he looked like a Jew & I figured it would piss off Smokey & Akzle so that was as sound a reason as any.

. . . Except I didn't get around to it

as I didn't really have a strong opinion & they still don't allow voting on issues.
