Can a 9-yo drink 18 Codys?

I cant drink 18 much of anything in one go so can this kid really drink this much? I think hes just showing off and probably had the one and is smashed after that - which he most likely nicked from the bench while the mum is having some time out.

n y n y y y y. The kid didn't drink 18. That is obvious. He would be unable to string two words together. The fact that the care givers don't care he is drinking one is a poor show off how we look after the young
