4x4 pickup - hit and run - but not bike related

Today 11am, at a roundabout near Albany shopping centre a big black 4x4 pick up truck with big wheels - probably a Toyota - for some reason it reversed hard while waiting to enter the roundabout - ?how stupid is that? - and smashed into my friend's car ... and immediately drove off. No injuries but badly shaken. The truck's plate was MNSTRR but the cops say it is a fake plate. Also, it had the number 666 - in large numerals - on the rear window. Surely - easy to spot.

Let me know if you have seen this vehicle! But don't try to follow it as the guy must be mad.

Had a quick rummage - couldn't see an Off Topic forum - so posted it here. But I found it now ...

It's called an infraction & unless Gremlin has his period I'd say you'll probably just get a warning.

Is there any chance your friend was driving like an absolute cock prior to the ramming?

Big words just confuse me .... end result is (usually) less severe than the "Proverbial" slap on the wrist with a wet bus ticket ...

This IS a Bikers web site after all ...

It's barking mad and if it doesn't turn you into a complete loon within half an hour of cocking a leg over the lofty 875mm seat height, I'll eat my Arai.
