I aint waving to any of you fuckers, motorcycles are dangerous enough without taking my hands off the bars.

Besides, Im usually so wasted I can only see a couple of meters.

Damn straight. It's also dangerous to put your beer down to free up a hand to wave unless your bottle holder is DOT rated

When I wave and someone waves back, it's like awesome, you rock! But when I wave and they don't, it's like bummer dude, what's your problem...it's an emotional roller-coaster .

I have an internal sun visor so same diff. I think it's the thought that counts.

I am guilty of waving at bikes I pass in the middle of a corner with a bit of lean on. Amazin how many riders don't wave back. Bassids! The ones that do think about it usually wobble.
I think this blatant attempt to unsettle other riders is worthy of a roasting thread.

I wave to bikes from the car or truck, but the bastards never wave back, and it's causing me issues. Just mean I tell ya.

Should imagine it makes them slow down or worry that something is hanging off their bike, though.

Hehe, come on people, you can't complain if someone actually uses the search function, like you always tell them to, and then finds these really old threads.

I love it when people dredge out interesting older threads. : How else should I spend the time when I'm actually supposed to be working?

And thanks to the rider and his pillion who both waved back very enthusiastically on the road between Cambridge and Taupo yesterday. You guys made me smile.

    Shhhhhh.....

We have a special KB wave. But it's so top secret that no one actually knows what it is.
