Just don't go too fast into corners. Will be trailing you... Don't need another wake up call like last week.

Haha, yeah that was just a little bit too exciting.
I'd rather be sorry for something I've done, than for something I didn't do.

No anchor this time so be careful! She'll be twitchy lol.
What's the point in living if you don't feel alive?

Toying with ones mortality shouldn't be this much fun.

Damn! Can't make it tonight, another dried up battery. This one's only a year and a half old [sigh]

Y'all gonna think I'm just makin excuses now.
The battery was topped up with bottled spring water (where do you buy distilled water these days?), then charged overnight. Working fine.

This morning the freakin clutch cable snapped on the way to work!
Pleased to have been practicing clutchless shifting recently. Navigating traffic lights in order to get back home was a tad challenging though.
It's hard enough to find neutral on Tigger using the clutch, nigh impossible without.

Fear not, George to the rescue. He is booked tomorrow anyway, to replace that incessantly squealing rear brake disk.

That's 3 breakdowns (carbs, battery, clutch), should be fine now [touches head].

I've seen distilled water in supercheap before but I found some at Pak n Save when I was building my car. 10L bottle of it too for about $7. It said natural distilled water so I presumed it's all the same stuff.

Was not the clutch cable, that would have been too easy. The clutch plate has snapped, hopefully getting it welded this week. Otherwise would be weeks to get a new one.

Time for a trade in and upgrade to something newer and more reliable? My car is the same age as your bike and its showing its age, hence why I'm thinking of getting something newer.

[Sigh] you're right I suppose. But I've spent so much money on her recently, seems a waste.
Also a little apprehensive about riding a different bike, I bought Tigger new.

Yeah that is a shame when there is so much senimental value. At least get her to the end of this summer riding season. Fresh start next summer maybe.

If it never rain and all my possessions fitted into a backpack then sure. I need something cheaper to run at least. My 2 tonne pathfinder with a v6 petrol engine is a little thirsty.
