exactly, haha. It doesn't have the power figures it wouldve had 24 years ago, haha, and certainly nothing near modern deisels.
Although, it seems to get along off the line pretty quick, the new utes have retardedly tall gearing, and you have to give them quite a bit of welly, or you bog in the next gear. It's the apple of my eye and can never do no wrong

They tow fine, the Hilux have power only low down (gutless bloody things) so the long-ish gearing works well in them. Used one in the Silver Fern rally as a chase vehicle and it did well, apart from being very slow and handling like a duck with diphtheria

The silver fern? I hear that's a good rally, aparantly uses the old rules in regards to re-entering after retiring on a stage. Dads mate tried to get him to do it in his chevette, haha

Well, Mrs. Bear had a change of mind, as women are wont to do. She decided that an economical small car would be more practical and give her more freedom and flexibility. So we have bought a nice small four door hatchback. It's got all the bells and whistles, and is a fresh import from a very nice man. Mrs. Bear loves the reversing camera and the DVD player and the way you just press the button to close the hatch.

So now, naturally, she wants to park it in the garage. Unfortunately we still haven't sold the MX5. It's on Trade Me for $4900, but I will consider reasonable offers. Notice the word reasonable there. ..
