My understanding was that it was vague in the front, when you could keep it on the ground. Not a nice bike to ride, until the straights where it was like cheating.

All I know was how cool that thing was when it went pasteing past us mere spectators. First time I saw it was at the IOM in 93 with Shaun riding. It went past once and seemed to have electrical gremlins every time it got up the top of the mountain. Shaun will have the info on that but we went to a static display in some shop in Douglas and the team person there was telling us about it. He told us they were wrapping the ECU in copper sheet or somesuch cos they believed it was interference from all the transmitters up in the hills.
Still, it was the talk of the town, literally.

I am not sure if I have posted this but it is a flat tracker I saw outside Muddy Waters, old boy has had it for years building and modding, he had just been down to the dirt oval
