"Performance must be rewarded." has to be the singularly most damaging attitude in society. What's laughable about it though, is that those who spout such tripe often take umbrage with those who earn excessive salaries or form monopolies and demand some form of controls be put in place to redress the balance. Major ironing. Both positions using an entitlement complex to back up their selfish and flawed proposition that "Performance must be rewarded.".
It's always amusing that no matter how many financial commentators comment on the financial economy, they miss that point entirely. I can only assume that they're just as blind as those they comment on, as they too look to revere the Wenger maxim. They believe that they are entitled to more, because they have put in more effort than another. "Performance must be rewarded.". Bullshit moronicity!

You thinking does seem to be laughable... it certainly tickles my funny bone as you fumble with the concept that I am actually a productive member of society and am remunerated as such. I'm happy to forgo that for the greater good... yet another concept I believe that you have trouble with.
We are a vast improvement over your generation. Whilst we understand your generation, he same can't be said for yours.
Thanks for underlining my point.

After Fukushima, Japan gets green boom _ and glut... yet another case of money halting play, or at the very least stifling it.
"Traumatized by the world's worst nuclear disaster since Chernobyl and encouraged by the highest rates for renewable energy in the world, Japan has been undergoing a green boom. It's now rapidly turning into a fiasco as the cost proves prohibitive and utilities anticipate putting some nuclear reactors, shuttered since the March 2011 Fukushima disaster, back online. The unfolding green glut in Japan echoes similar experiences in Germany and Spain."
Fuckin idiotic to continue using money given the restrictions it puts on everything.
