So if everything is freely given ? How does it work ? Mike the builder won't have time to build all the houses he has orders for and how does he decide who gets their house and who doesn't ? I'm sure he'd be flat out building for the airline pilot/police man/dentist/doctor and the solo mum from NgaiNgai who can't even be fucked getting out of her pyjamas to go to the warehouse gets nothing.

Why would teachers teach ? I've heard from teachers (1 in particular) who teaches in a decile 1 school and it doesn't sound like fun. Why would you do it without reward ?
Same with doctors/nurses. WHy would they spend time in A+E on a friday night dealing with people who should know better, without reward

Yeah it is a catch 22, however I believe that a change of environment is required in order for human beings to react with a given set of behaviours. It's like black friday. Otherwise "normal" people go apeshit over it. Environment changes i.e. cost of something, and otherwise "normal" people fo apeshit.
Are there so many people currently unhoused? Yup both systems are gonna need more houses and unfortunately they're becoming more and more expensive and out of the reach of people who would like to own. Remove the cost and the same people will be looking for a house. In regards to resourcing for building more houses under an R.B.E. Consider the number of people who work in the financial industry and wonder if they'd learn how to build in order to cater for our housing needs? Mike can choose who he wants to build for. If Mike is a smart cnut, he might even understand the need for building houses for people that he doesn't know. He may even realise that people just need to be housed and with any luck they'll reciprocate with their services where needed. It ain;t easy explaining a rather broad concept.
It's never meant to be nirvana, just better than that which we currently have... and it's already catching on, globally toooooooo.

Help themselves to that which they can get for free from the shops? No need to rip anyone off. Won't stop the violent from being violent, but should remove the need of any opportunistic crime, need to steal to sell, need to take to have, need to pay for drugs, less drug users?, and any other financially related crime that impedes the development of society. consider 1 billionnaire going broke and the effect of the lives that that has. No longer will that need to exist. But yeah, the violent will find an outlet, perhaps a little less financial pressure would help their general disposition? Who knows, we're complicated fuckers.
Why did they want to teach on the first place? Why did they want to become Doctors/Nurses etc... too? Surely it wasn't all a financial decision? Either way, we all rely on someone else to do their job so that we can all eat, drink, be clothed, drive etc... why not not financially impede any of those you rely on who are financially impeded? Maybe they enjoy the job.

Only coz you know no better like . I've no doubt we'll all be hearing more and more about an R.B.E. over the coming years.

Of course you're speaking for them, as 99% of the country have never herd of an R.B.E. It's not up to me to change the mind of anyone... and as far as my family are concerned (and most of my friends), they understand it perfectly well and will vote for it.
