    Anyone want some clues?

There used to be a Ferry nearby, and Cobb and Co stagecoaches used to roll through till the railway bypassed the town.....

    Visions of tumbleweeds....

I grabbed the Tag today I wasn't sure which crossing arm to take the pic from when I was out there so I ended up doing both.
I didn't get of the bike to take the one by the Golf Club entrance on Pound Rd, when I took the first one a Ranger was giving me the evil eye thought he would come over and give me a

I was going to post a new one today but checked when I got home and it had already been used, so I'll pop out somewhere tomorrow and post one.

No change to where it joins at west coast road, just a small detour to go around the end of the runway, the road goes and the golf club has also had some land pinched as well.

Your attachments don't work for me, but Pound Rd is the location so can probably let you away with it.

Not sure when the new road is open, pretty soon I believe, and if anyone is in the market for a slightly used railway barrier arm I can probably do you a good deal....

The poor old F27 still gets used for evacuation training I think, it's looking even more broken after it got blown over in the wind a while back. I think a couple of the old Air Nelson metroliners got sold to people as kids playhouses.

    New road goes here...
