It is 60kmph road work sections from Hornby until just past McCleans Island turn off.
Some of them change location slightly, or which lanes are open, every few weeks or so.
Definitely 60 road work zones along Johns Road.

Regardless of circumstances, ramming someone like that deserves a charge of attempted murder or at the minimum, intent to cause grevious bodily harm.
You don't get to be an old dog without learning a few tricks.
Shorai Powersports batteries are very trick!
Seen it happen against a biker on that same stretch of road about a week after the Feb 22 earthquake when Johns Road was packed for the commute home. A guy on a GN250 was toodling slowly up on the left of the stopped traffic when a guy in a ute (previously stopped) swerved in front of the biker for no other reason than to get in his way. Biker did well to miss him.

Where was the Go Pro?![]()
If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.
The only thing he did wrong was he didn't take the house keys off the pedestrian, then he'd be a media legend.
So how long before this happens to a go pro wearer???

Sorry I should have used the sarcasm/joke emoticon. Yes from a legal and moral perspective he's done very bad.
But the victim here broke the golden rule for avoiding road rage and that is not to admonish anyone else for their bad driving, leave it to the police to do.
Seriously I don't even toot the truck horn at anyone anymore unless it will genuinely warn an unobservant motorist they have a slim chance to alter their trajectory to a non impact one, such circumstances being rare as rocking horse shit.
Their are just so many fried nutters out there on P and crap its not worth playing road cop out there anymore, let Darwin take its course or ring *555...

And ...
I get really really really pissed off being behind bastards on motorway on-ramps, who dawdle along to be "safe" instead of speeding up to match the speed of the motorway. Merging at 80 km/h onto a road where cars come up from behind at 100 km/h makes me nervous.
So a couple of times I've beeped in frustration at the dawdler in front of me - only to have them brake in panic. Lesson learned (maybe not the first time).
