New Zealand has world's third-highest material standard of living.

"Our analysis shows that New Zealand had the third highest level of Material Wellbeing across 40 counties, including all OECD
countries, just behind the United States and Canada but ahead of Australia and all high-income Scandinavian
    countries."

Next time you could take a pair of comfortable shoes & a bus pass when you get your bike serviced.

Our power bill with Meridian was only $151.72 for this month - considering the average weather - that has to be a reason to be cheerful = value IMHO.

just had the last 10 months off work,by choice,in which my daughter and i had a month away visiting Singapore the UK,went to the TT,Scotland,France and San Francisco on the way home.
Was expecting to take a job on the end of a welder again when the old employer rang and offered me a Service Tech position for a couple of bucks an hour more, with another raise in 3 months, than my last role with them.
The bank will be cheerful too

Well that's made me more cheerful - ours was less even with minus 10 deg mornings and having to heat the catteries for a few nights...The benefits of cheap wood and a wetback....
