Fuk, this has become as pathetic as me an Drew bickering was and did--- NOT the people on it that do know what they are talking about, without relying on missinformed Googlee searches etc-

Best way to get rid of TROLLS is to NOT reply to them at all- Just let them feel intelligent and smart and do NOT reply to any thing they say at all, Eventually they will melt away-- Hahaha, Me of all people trying to get people to stay calm on the internet LOL< That does deserve a large Original MILO! Especially after last night and a few drinks with a mate I first met when I was 4, so 47 years ago now, and we have not seen each other in 2 years, so it was a late one.

But wait, which title was on the KR250?
You are both right, like most the guys racing then, they rode a 250 proddy and a big bike, Slight on the Yamahas, Toomey and Holden etc on Suzukis. Slight cleaned up on the TZR250 for years.

Nah, I think you're thinking of Peter Blackwood. Gregory Yamaha gave his race bikes to Slighty after he was killed. He was killed racing a dirt track event in the Wairarapa...was Slightys very good mate too. Was a really dusty event, he went down at the front and was collected from another rider that couldn't see him. Check with Husaloser though eh. He'll google it for ya.

    Never know will I?

And you've gotta be able to ride one reasonably hard to beat some of the people I beat to win it. But what would you know? Google doesn't teach you how to ride a bike.

I remember him winning one title, then doing a year on a FZ750, then a year on the FZR1000. Then moving on to overseas racing. So 84 street racing, 85 250 title, 86 FZ750, 88 Fzr1000 and some time in 89 off on the start of his overseas career - So yeah, one title - hmmm, just like those stats said. Go figure
Oh NO STOP THE PRESS Aaron slight had a alternate reality machine and leaped sideways to give him time to win another 2 titles on 250's as well as ride a KR250 proddie bike.
Your a joke dude, stop it your killing me
Slight raced a TZR250 proddy alongside the FZ750 and FZR1000, mustve been good prize money in those days

I know enough to realize you'd be unlikely to given a decent late period factory 500 G.P. bike to have a real go on (race) either..
.. even Slighty never got that gig..

    Of course not.

But again..you'd be wrong there. Slighty has indeed raced 500cc gp bikes. Edit...pretty sure HRC let him race the season ending race of champions at Sugo on the NSR.

Got proof? Was it a KR 500? Or an H1R? L.O.L...

Nah...that was Kork Ballington and Steddie Eddie! But nah...I'm pretty sure HRC let him race an NSR at the season ending race of champions at Sugo? I thought so anyway. Maybe that was on diesels.
