Oh no, Bogie seems hell-bent - in relentlessly piling irony upon irony..

Back on topic though, if any have concerns about a history of cancer in family/forebears, genetic inheritance-wise, then perhaps some specific preventative steps may be worthwhile.

Genetic marker tests for potential cancer risk assessment - are also increasingly available/affordable/reliable..

No, No, No, They are all done by Big Pharma - to try and get you to buy drugs you don't need.

Shit, Sorry - I went Katman on you for a second....
The funny Thing is - that is actually sensible advice.

As another point of discussion - Regarding the Natural vs Pharmaceutical companies - I'm all for natural based remedies, I'm also for scientific study to find out what the active ingredient in those Natural remedies is that has the positive effect. I'm then for synthesizing it, so that we can give a measured and consistent dose to the patient, based on various factors, as opposed the guess work that is involved from imbibing from a Natural source.

You never go Full Katman... (movie reference).

And yes, a large number of very effective products have been derived from studying the effects, under controlled conditions, of naturally available preparations which can be tweaked for human effectiveness.

That said, I am sceptical of people who say they don't want to take anything that is artificial, they want to rely on only natural remedies. After all, most people die of natural causes...
