Just for an experiment try it out, you might be surprised.
I coach League when a kid misbehaves I send all the entire of the team on a run around the field (other than the kid or kids who actually misbehaved, this is the sneaky bit)
Understandably rest (those unfairly punished) get pretty f-ed off with the treatment, because of the smug (they always are when they don't think they are getting punished because he didn't have to do the run)
You can be assured the person misbehaving soon gets the message from the rest.
Trust me, you don't often get repeat offenders.
I call it the consequences conformity effect.
Another ploy that works is after someone has clearly done something wrong, is to schedule the meeting about it for the next day or later on. Rather than immediately.
Time spent in suspense considering all possible ramifications is a great physiological ploy.
