why should non smokers have to sit indoors on nice evenings at resturants or bars because of smoke?
and why should i have to put up with anyone elses choice of toxic shampoo wafting on the breeze, their cellular radiation, their talking-shit invading my airspace and offending my ears, their alcohol induced fauxtelligence, rowdiness, their cologne, their diesel exhaust, their made-in-china $80 shirt, their dreadful accent, their inability to put cutlery on a plate without dropping it from a foot above the table.
All of these things genuinely offend me. Why should i have to live in a caravan in the fucking bush just so ignorant cunts can be in town.

Living in a caravan in the "fucking bush" sounds idyllic to me

You choose to live where you do because you have little else, and it's not really in the bush is it Robert? Just to clarify things can you see your Uncles house from your 3 berth static dwelling?

Been thru HK airport a couple of times, the Smoking Room reminds me of the pubs in the 80's.

Being a sealed room means that the Smokers get maximum satisfaction.

    it is, really.
But still. As said Theres always someone whos peace you will tread on by the choices you make. Smoking is one of the less offensive things, i reckon. Stacked next to litter and pollution you'd think it would be societally irrelevant, but i guess it's an easy thing to keep people distracted with.

    Like speeding, easily measured.
I'll go out on a limb here but alcohol is probably more damaging to society....oh hang on....its made here so would be putting jobs at risk, unlike tobacco which is I imagine these days all imported as Motueka has moved onto hops.

at smokers who think they're doing the right by standing outside smoking in an open doorway talking to those inside, even when you blow your smoke in the direction of the openness it just drifts inside...why are smokers stupid where this is concerned?

I remember the good old days when you used to be able to smoke in pubs and night clubs. Sure it smelt like smoke, but it wasn't exactly like burning tyres. The manufactures had actually made an effort into making the smell appealing.

Nowadays when I have been out to a pub or nightclub, it just smells like shit perfume, B.O, farts, vomit, and thrushy Vagina.

I'd rather come home smelling of smoke, rather than a toilet door off a fishing trawler.

There is one of those rooms (not sure if there still is) at Auckland Airport, even when we were smokers and were heading overseas we couldn't sit/stand in that room for a smoke, there was a small outdoor area that we used.

The air on aeroplanes was cleaner when they let people smoke on flights. The airlines canned it because of cost, not the health of passengers. The cabin air was replaced every ten minutes or summat when smoking was allowed. Now it's replaced in something like a 1/4 the rate. This costs less fuel to rum the pumps and shit.

It used to smell a wee bit, now it's actually bad for you.
