Not illegal to sell e-juice as an item and add nicotine as a freebie after the fact ;-)

actually it is, you may legally import for own use but it is illegal to sell it or give it away, states quite clearly on ministry of health website, having said that with law changes coming it appears as long as no one is actively advertising then they seem to be turning a blind eye to the practice.

we have researched this quite extensively to try and find a way round it legally

Last year I was at the Awakino pub with a group of motorcyclists and three of them hauled their vapes out. WTF? I had never seen them before.

If I look like wanker puffing on a Vaper then that's your perception and I have no problem with that. Truth be told the guys, myself included are doing it to wean ourselves off the smokes. My bad for ever starting cigarettes, admitting the obvious.

Since starting the Vape I'm finding myself using it less and less as the days go by and , eventually I'll stop. Fingers crossed. Already feeling better and waiting for the news about the people getting sick or dying from using a Vape ?

Also an ex smoker, thankfully for a decade or two now. I have to admit I laughed out loud when I saw the first electric smoke thingy, they guy using it did look Joanna Lumley sucking on a Biro.

They may not stop the crave though, I know someone who is constantly sucking on the pretend ciggy more than when he actually had the real thing.

I can't remember what city I was in overseas but it was full of bearded top knot fucks puffing on the things. They all looked proper wankers, but, they'd look wankers even not puffing on them so I don't think the vaping alone makes you look a knob, its more a combination of factors.

Good on the OP for giving it a shot though, when you think of it smoking away in the door way with a fag forcing me to walk through the smoke is much more wanky than puffing on vanilla flavoured vape.

interesting thread given that we are just going through the process of importing the vape pens, it is illegal to sell nicotine E-juice in lil ole nz but some do and it appears to be ignored but it is legal to import up to three months worth for personal use which is what we do and just got some sent from the states, ordered on 24/2 and arrived 28/2, pretty good service i would say, the maori party are pushing for vaping to be subsidised, fuck knows why because it is cheap anyway.

for those that don't know, it is not illegal to vape inside but if you are asked to stop then you must do so.

wife believed she would never be able to chuck the fags but started vaping on 1st aug and hasn't touched a cigarette since, not really cold turkey as such but a damned good start
