Now I will explain why he cannot accept this money:
1- The old laws still prevail in that area, the new government has not had a chance to change them yet and that's where this is a big problem, see, the previous government was so corrupt that all the money from the Amazon Fund went to NGOs, corrupt officials and to support terrorist organizations such as the landless movement (MST).
2- Macron knows that France can not face brazils agricultural industry, they will lose with the Mercosur - EU trade deal, and accepting that money means giving him the advantage to change the deal to protect the French farmers.
3- Macron hurts the sovereignty of Brazil, he is considering giving international status to the Amazon, basically taking it from brazil, so accepting this money is a dishonor for the Brazilian people.
4- France owe Brazil U$D 2.5 billion for the Kyoto Protocol.
And final but not least, Macron is a BITCH BOY and deserves zero respects from other leaders, he has no balls, no dignity and needs to stay quiet while real men like Bolsonaro and Trump do their jobs.
