    My thoughts are with you. What a horrible thing to have go though so suddenly. Life can be cruel sometimes.

    It certainly puts the ten weeks I got to spend with my father before he died into perspective.

    It is so sad to read your post. 57 is too young I cant imagine the strength you need to manage each day. Be kind to yourself and know you have done all you can for your wife. Sounds like she is aware of your presence so hold on to that
