New rear w/ 20k's on it, not the best for a night ride. It'll be scrubbed in soon enough. There looked like a crew brewin' when I said hi at 6:20ish so I'll assume you all had a wicked one! See ya next week.
I'm selling my new riding gear!! Only worn a few times get a deal Kiwibikers!!

My bass is such a slapper.......I cant stop fingering those strings
dam! hope everyones okay.
looks like i missed some serious fun!
Awesome ride, kept up with the big bikes this time, Once again made it with my bike unscratched, my license in my hand, all my demerit points and cash. Bad luck to the guys that fell off/got fined, etc.
Last couple sets of lights before the pub eh, was that a drag race or what haha. Who was it, Qkkie? didn't expect a twin cyl 250cc keeping pace eh? Or you gonna burst my bubble and tell me you guys were on half throttle?![]()
Awesome to see you all guys again, Macktheknife (lovely french "bonjour"), Noel, Jill, Gareth (I'll kick your arse some day boy!!!) and all the others!
Nice to meet some new people too (another french girl, yeah!).
MDU you made me so hungry talking about french food...hum yammy choucroute...lol...
Thanks again Matt for the ride, you're my "rider" (holy shit!! really need to be careful, tricky english).
Special though for our friends, who made the evening a bit expensive for some of the people there

I really could do without these punks gate-crashing the ATNRbut not as much as some.
Hard luck to the fallen ...
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Haha... isn't it more like the ATNR gate-crashing these punks?
Still... think of all the babies that have been saved by ticketing you guys.
It's a bit like leading lambs to the slaughter I guess - a great captive quota/fines pond to angle in. Sure anyone who isn't speeding is going to be ok, but how do you control yourself on a potent machine like a ZX10R? Bloody difficult at the best of times, let alone on a deserted country road (save a couple of 'by the book' quota filling).
The best bit about the night for me was getting the call from Biggles08 to come and ride Eviltwin's 07 ZX10R back into the city. It's quite some machine, I can tell you! Sorry Shano![]()

Well that was entertaining. Thanks for coming along Cecile! Hope you didn't fall asleep on the back!
Damn motorway closures on the way home!![]()
OMG....that was the most fun I've had since......well, a long time let's just say. I don't get out much, allright!!
Anywallyhoo...you are all a bunch of awesome people! Cecile (ma petite soeur, ou presque) lovely to meet you chicky...
Jill, what can I say...you rock as much in real life as I'd imagined(just got to get you a sponsor now...sober if possible
).
mack...*note to self: don't turn your back on him*
Gareth...hope the knees heal up quick buddy! and no, I won't come over to help you with them...
DMNTD...You're fpefial...my kind of sense of humour! But please have someone look at that neck twitch of yours, it might be disabling in the long term...
Guys, sorry to ramble on like that, but I really had a fantastic time...the ride was a bit scary cos I'd never ridden in the dark before, and I felt like a limpet for being so slow, but I'll do it all over again gladly cos I feel so darn good now...
Thank to all who helped along the way.
Oh yeah, the new faces. Hello!![]()
I was thinking of turning up last night, but I ended up not leaving work until 8pm or so.
Anyway, it sounds like you're all a dangerous bunch of hooligans with whom I would not wish to associate.
