Marvelous! I got out and checked those Western roads again yesterday. There's some great dirt roads all over the place up around Taihape, Raetihi, Hunterville way But they're no good for our machines

But the sealed one's look magic so bring on summer

I hope you get photographic evidence if Dogs gets anything out at the weekend !!!! Party time I am guessing?

Less of the old, just because you have a flighty young thing !!!! Just remember it has only done about 6K, lots of mileage left in it. Brother has knicknamed it Skippy already so don't think it will be too much of a slug.

I am keen to let 86, and any other volunteers, put it through it's paces for me so I know what to plan for And if I am going to be able to keep the back wheel on the floor around corners !!!!

Bonus is the "speedo only goes to 80mph so I can't tell if I am speeding officer" (Note : Need to practise bullshitting, fluttering eyelids and exposing cleavage to policemen )

Will ring import company today to see if I have to get it from Auckland or if they can send to Wellie. May be looking for volunteers to come fetch it with me

Very excited, not long until we are both home

Hey guys I don't want to rain on anyones parade, but I really don't think it's a good idea to post up video footage on the net.

were you being less than responisble? Wont post it if you dont want or I could edit it to disguize a certain triumph. Would be good to see the video anyhow.

it shouldnt be too much of a problem if you blank out stuff like number plates and make some of the road signs fuzzy so they cant be read.

also cut out any clips of peoples faces as they are next to their bikes, no id = no probs
i wouldnt want to be caught dead in the same grave as me.
