    Secret society mmm sort of

Lets just say when it comes to fishing for Salmon on the Rakaia people in the know know who to watch and I get watched a lot actually pisses me off a bit to be honest, decent water is a rare beast these days and anything found needs to be treated properly & not plundered.

Bling for that one. Absolutey. I wonder how many salmon fishers we have on KB. Might post a poll. Maybe a day out on the river somewhere this coming season??

Think there may be 1 or 2 of us floating around the site, though I do remember a long time ago one of the ChCh lads showing some interest in actually getting to know how to do it. So a poll/ curiousity check would be interesting to see. Could be a good way to drum up some interest in Salmon and maintaining the world class resource before the rivers get screwed beyond repair.

My fishing days are over since i left the ex (used to go fishin to get away from the bitch), but for a good charity might be able to get back into it...Ghost Bullet might be able to catch a few Kahwai up at Kaikoura or somewhere...last time i went with him he caught the fish and I caught snags and a seagull!!!

I'd be quite interested in having a dabble myself. Been wet fly fishing for trout out at Lake Brunner a fair bit, but never been salmon fishing before. Still, I find salmon rather tasty, so it'd be worth a crack!

If I go overseas it'll be nearer Christmas now.

So I am going, and if I go then you can possibly expect another 2-7 people coming with me on their bikes.

I am hoping to have one of those nice compact travel guitars by then to. Strap it to my back and ride!

    Looks gooood!

Ideal for a quiet KB get-together eh?

May stay Sunday night too unless CB and I come up with other plans in between times.
