hey all sorry to change the subject but i just was curious if any of you do a daily commute (wanganui to palmy vice versa) as im seeing a big jump in the amount of bikes every morning on my way to palmy in particular a couple of sv's..

If the plate hasn't been allocated before then it is sold at a set price. I don't know if the 20% would apply to resales but they are usually much more expensive anyway.

Shit mate....I doubt it some how, i'm all over the place like a fart in a bottle at the moment. Got a 850-900k ride over through the Naki tomorrow, but there are other plans afoot, maybe gonna duck off half way through that ride and shoot over to Gizzy yet! Make a two day ride of it. It's all up in the air at the moment though.....
