Wouldn't know about the first part since I've never been with a hooker... But according to your theory I guess the rest of the women I've been with either was fucked up when I met them or they just got that way after having been with me for a while (5 minutes to 3 years...).

If you feel like you're degrading your partner by taking her from behind - then chances are that she will feel it the same way. That's one thing to keep in mind with all the psychological aspects of the game.

As for dirty, some people claim that sex is only good if it is dirty... I tend to agree, it's not just a kids game of cuddles and lights out - a good fuck has darker more physical qualities to it IMHO. Besides there's a whole range of different physical stimuli that is accessable when you're taking her from behind and the fact that you're physically active does have it's benefits.

But if you don't like it - I'm not going to tell you that you're wrong. After all, your sex is 50% about you (or 33% if you're in a threesome, 100% if mastubating, etc ad nauseum).
Me? I've loved it from day one and my first girlfriend certainly never expressed any feeling of being degraded, dominated or in anyway negatively affected by it

You respond as I expected you to.

And, yes, of course. I'm speaking only from experience, and when I see a woman getting off from doggy style and have good reason to believe that it isn't for reasons that I don't like, I'll change my opinion. I see sex as a very holistic thing, and always interpret a partner's behaviours and desires in the context of their overall nature.

Maybe it's just me; maybe I've watched too much cookie-cutter porn and it's put me off. Who knows. But I still don't like doggy; it feels impersonal.
